Amazing St Patrick’s Day Treats: Most Satisfying Dessert Recipes Compilation

March 11, 2017 by Jenn

Here is my most satisfying compilation of the most amazing St Patrick’s Day treats and St Patrick’s Day dessert recipes that I have made on my channel!

Over the years we have done quite a few St Patrick’s day recipes and tutorials.  Links to ALL the full-length tutorial for each cake in this video are below.

Subscribe to Cupcakes and Cardio for weekly video tutorials.

Rainbow Cupcakes Perfect for St. Patrick’s Day:

Rainbow all the things is definitely one of my moto’s in life. Cupcakes are definitely a great way to show to off a rainbow!

Guinness Chocolate Cupcakes w/ Bailey’s Buttercream:

This is one of my all-time favourite recipes to make. Yes, there is alcohol. Yes, it is delicious. Yes,  you need to make these, and fill them with whiskey ganache.

Leprechaun Cupcakes for Saint Patrick’s Day:

Everybody loves a ginger, right? LOL I have a favourite ginger in my life, and she’s definitely better looking than this leprechaun. But, in his own way, he’s kinda cute too.

Pot of Gold Cake Pops for Saint Patrick’s Day:

Pots of gold, and rainbows made from royal icing. These are time intensive, but they are definitely cute and festive. Besides, who could be unhappy to receive a pot of gold?

Leprechaun Hat Cupcakes for Saint Patrick’s Day

For a while there, baking cake inside of an ice cream cone was a pretty novel idea. Now, not so much unless you bake cake in a cone, and turn it upside down and into a leprechaun hat! LOL. Yes, brilliant. I know.

Lucky Charms Treats (No Bake)

Lucky Charms are my absolute favourite cereal. Yes I am an adult and confident in saying that. They are amazing. For this recipe you have to be as much of a lover of LC as I am, as you have to painstakingly separate the marshmallows from the cereal pieces. But it’s worth it, because the only thing better than Lucky Charms, is lucky charms covered in chocolate!

For all of my St Patrick’s Day ideas, make sure to watch my Playlist below. It includes Rainbow Waffles, Mint Chocolate Cheesecake, and many other amazing desserts perfect for your Irish party!

How do you make the whiskey ganache that goes in the Guinness cupcakes?
