I’ve got a huge announcement for everyone today! I’ve started a second channel! Yay! This new channel will be mostly for hosting my live-stream events, but it will also include FAQ’s, baking and cake decorating tips, and behind the scenes. Prior to Christmas time, I was live streaming on Cupcakes and Cardio on a weekly basis. I was doing lots of Baking 101 and Cake decorating 101 events, and while many of you, and myself, LOVED the live-streams, some people didn’t. So rather than annoy my CC&C subs already established, I decided to create a new channel! That way, those of you that loved the live videos can come over and enjoy those again soon. I’m hoping to go live again once I’ve got a few thousand people.
So this is my first in depth cake decorating video that I’ve got up on the new channel- Jenn Johns. Have a look, and I’ll write more about it down below! And make sure to subscribe here.
Here is the channel trailer, where I basically explain to you what I’m going to do on my new channel. I’m hoping that you are as excited as I am about my new adventure and new content development. Remember to head over and like and subscribe!

Good morning.I love all your creativity and enjoy watching all your tutorials. My main problem is getting the right consistency to make flowers in whipping cream. Can you help please?
I’ve never made flowers with whipping cream but, I would guess that you need a really good stabilizing agent….icing sugar, gelatin or corn starch…here’s a tutorial https://youtu.be/NDIR9Ldgmbg
