Cream cheese icing goes perfectly with many types of cake. I personally LOVE it with Carrot Cake, Banana Cake and of course Red Velvet Cake! Mmmmm.

2 Teaspoons Vanilla
2 1/2 Cups Icing Sugar / Powered Sugar
