Today I show you how to make an amazing Moana Cake, based on Disney’s Moana movie. If you haven’t had time to watch the newest Disney movie yet, all you need to know is that Moana is the main character and has taken it upon herself to save her island of Motunui. Along the way she has to battle the strength of the ocean, which is why I chose to create isomalt waves for the cake board.
