Making homemade mousse has been on my list of Must Do’s for a while now. I finally bit the bullet, did some research, and holy cr@p . . . why did I not make this YEARS ago?
This mousse is a rich, chocolatey, decadent dessert. If you have only ever had mousse from a box mix, you MUST try homemade, from scratch. It is so much better.
It’s full on calories, but you won’t regret one bite.

Have you ever tasted White chocolate mousse? Can you replace this biiter sweet chocolate with white chocolate too? And if you can, Can I take out the coffee? Or does the coffee MAKE this recipe? 😀
Yes I have tasted white chocolate mousse, and we have a recipe for it in the Triple Chocolate Mousse cake that is up on the blog/channel. Yes you can omit the coffee if you don’t want it but any changes to recipes don’t result in the true product.
