We recently passed 500 thousand subscribers on our YouTube channel, and I am completely humbled and honoured that we accomplished this! Paul and I work alone in our kitchen, only a team of two people. We come up with ideas, film, edit, and upload the videos all on our own. Without any help along the way, we have relied on our YouTube subscribers to carry us along and become successful online. It has been an amazing journey, and my sights are set on 500K more!!

Congrats on all your subscribers. I would make one of those topsy turvy cakes. I just basically mastered sponge cake after trying loads of times and ruining them. (Thanks to all my family and friends who ate all those hard, dense and bread-like cakes) I want to be able to eventually sell those that I make as a means of earning extra cash while going to school. Hi my name is Paige and I’m 15. My bestfriend (for 9 years) is pregnant and she is also 15 so she’s going to be a teen mom. She lives with a family of 6 and has a very tight budget (so with this baby it’ll be 7) therefore I offered to make her baby shower cake just to try and help her (considering the budget and stress). The only problem is that I told her not to buy anything, no cake pans, no frosting, no anything but I’m still young and can’t afford all of the things I need to make this cake. When my mom found out she was pregnant and I told her I was doing her cake she said she’s not helping me buy anything but that has been my bestfriend for 9 years so I wasn’t planning on abandoning her. I only live with my mother and I have a lot of family but I’m not really the type to beg them for things /: I’m not the type to beg for anything but if begging is what I need to do to help out my friend by just making her a cake and seeing a smile on her face (something I haven’t seen ever since she found out she was pregnant) then I’ll do it. I hope that you read this comment and think about choosing me to be your winner. Hey Jen!! Congrats on 500k by the way!!! Oh I should tell you who I am, an 11 year old from Wisconsin,USA. I am a young avide baker who fell in love with baking at a young about 5 or 6. I’ve been whatching the channel for only one year but since then I am literally IN LOVE with your channel. I just want to say thanks for starting this channel, it made me start to bake treats for my class at least once a month! I love bringing them in and watching them smile and say thanks and just you can tell by the look on there face that they love them! It brings me joy to whatch them ask for more, good thing I bring A LOT! Anyways school started a couple days ago and I plan on baking for my new class again but this year I plan on bringing better and sweeter treats! I have made the birthday ice cream cones and have a cake pop baby cakes maker.( which I now know how to use it better!)
If I would win I would bake cookies and cupcakes and sweet treats for the homeless shelter that we have here and my cousin is a HUGE baker too and she could help me!
