We recently passed 500 thousand subscribers on our YouTube channel, and I am completely humbled and honoured that we accomplished this! Paul and I work alone in our kitchen, only a team of two people. We come up with ideas, film, edit, and upload the videos all on our own. Without any help along the way, we have relied on our YouTube subscribers to carry us along and become successful online. It has been an amazing journey, and my sights are set on 500K more!!
To thank our subscribers, I went shopping on a weekend trip to Spokane. I was in my happy place getting to buy all of these fun cake supplies! I chose some of my favourite baking tools that I use everyday while making cakes and cupcakes.

Omg where to start! First I need to calm down because I am way too excited to type. Shaking here ha! Woosah! *deep breaths* haha. Alright. I think I’m good. I’m super excited by this as you can tell. I enjoy baking so much. Recently discovered passion that my friends and family are happy about. Forever wanting baked goodies. But sadly, a lot of these products are either really expensive here or just unavailable. I live in St Lucia. That’s in the beautiful Caribbean. It is an ultimate dream to run my own bakery/cafe and these would come in so handle for practice. I haven’t baked in a while because everything is unaffordable for me and this would be amazing to own. I normally just sit on amazon looking at what I want. I know exactly what I want to bake with this first. The pink and black zebra cake that you made. I looked for everything to make it but I couldn’t get a lot of what I needed. I was disappointed and moped for days. That is definitely the first thing I would bake. And some in cupcake form too with brilliant colourful decorations. And that will only be the beginning. I will go crazy on the baking. My family, friends and I will love you forever. A friend just asked yesterday when I’ll be baking again. This will be a dream plus an awesome birthday gift as I’m a September born. 24th! Same da as my mum. I’ll bake her a cake too with these 😀 oh boy I excited. Haha! Hi Jen , I have no idea what I would bake if I won this giveaway because there are so make recipes you make but I’m positive I would bake with my mom because we both love to bake but we don’t have the proper equipment so we don’t bake often but if I win we would do it all the time. The first things I would do is bake my son birthday cake. He told me he wanted me to make his cake this year. I would love to be able to make his cake. He say store brought cake a nasty. So this year I want to bake it myself, so it can be filled with love.

I’m 22 and college student in texas, I have a little sister who loves to bake on account that she’s 3 and not allowed to do it by her self if we (she)won most likely we would bake something amazing very colorful, definitely would have to be hello kitty because thats Sa’ki’s favorite,so what I’m think is more then likely a layered hello kitty cake it would have a strawberry cake layer and an red velvet layer with a lemon curd or strawberry filling with an Italian meringue frosting. Umm….I never really make a homemade frosting before…? Well…I tried to make icing, but it end up really watery ….that’s sad~ so I really wanna try to make frosting my self so that I can decorate the cake using the frosting I made~
I would bake a lot of cake for cancer.
If I was too get that… I’d be like.. I’d go crazy because one time I tried piping from a bag and it didn’t work and I ruined cupcakes. So I’d probably just end up making an awesome cake. That would turn into a fail because I don’t think I could get it. If I can. My vision is to have a 4 teired oreo cake. With the insides cut out and filled with whipped cream and Oreo cookies. But not cut all the way down because I need a base.Each later would be a different flavour of Oreo and I’d put brown icing on the bottom than green, red, than orange so its like a flower effect. Than pipe grass like icing around on it. At the top I’d put oreos everywhere in the top so it also type of looks like ashes from a fire cake. See what I mean when I say weird and fail idea xD my sister will still love it
I would use the kit for all these upcoming holidays. Including my birthday and my 6 yr old niece bday as well. It would be oretty exciting to actually have the correct tools when baking lol.
I am just starting to take decorating classes from wilton, and I would use the kit to help me become the best baker/decorator I can be. My name is Shir and I’m 15 (soon to be 16) from Israel 🙂 If I won this contest the first thing I would make would be an ombré layered cake covered in white buttercream frosting! I’ve been imagining this cake for a long time and have planned out how I would make it and decorate it! I’ve always wanted to make a layered cake as they look so cool yet are surprisingly very simple! They really are impressing and look like a lot of fun to make 🙂

Congrats on your 500 k subscribers I found your site about three months ago was tired of paying for cakes figured it was cheaper to do it myself im a single mother of four so the utensils I have are dollar store brought and if I had the opportunity to to win this kit the sky’s are limited I would be doing something I love maybe be a start to my own bakery company oh man this would truly be a blessing for me and my kids I would definitely make my son and daughter a three tier cake with each layer of there favorite cartoon character on each level and just watch there face light up with surprise and mahr there bday everything and more fingers crossed and again congrats on reaching 500k
If I were to win this contest I would be able to bake the frozen princess cake my little sister has been dying for. I would also be able to bake with her and not have to fight over the few baking essentials we have here at home.
