We recently passed 500 thousand subscribers on our YouTube channel, and I am completely humbled and honoured that we accomplished this! Paul and I work alone in our kitchen, only a team of two people. We come up with ideas, film, edit, and upload the videos all on our own. Without any help along the way, we have relied on our YouTube subscribers to carry us along and become successful online. It has been an amazing journey, and my sights are set on 500K more!!
To thank our subscribers, I went shopping on a weekend trip to Spokane. I was in my happy place getting to buy all of these fun cake supplies! I chose some of my favourite baking tools that I use everyday while making cakes and cupcakes.

Hi! I would make many cakes with those tools! I’d bake a rainbow cake with all the food colours (i only have 4 basic colours and i need to use a ton so the colours are really bright which is annoying) and with the turn table and the spatula i could finally apply icing really easily! 🙂 Also, I’d bake a cake and decorate it with a lot of fondant and just do creative things and then another cake decorating it using the bags and doing pretty designs 🙂

What I would make if I won all these stuff is make my cousin her sweet 16 cake because i know she is struggling with the rest of the party stuff so I would make the cake so she has one less thing to worry about and plus I want increase the chances of me becoming a better pastry chef so I would really love if I won the contest

If I won the contest I would make a giant red velvet cake (your recipe of course) and then I would mix some buttercream different colours and put them in one piping bag just like you’re camouflage cupcakes .

I’m going to keep this sweet and short because I tend to ramble a lot. My name is Shir and I’m 15 (soon to be 16) from Israel 🙂 If I won this contest the first thing I would make would be an ombré layered cake covered in white buttercream frosting! I’ve been imagining this cake for a long time and have planned out how I would make it and decorate it! I’ve always wanted to make a layered cake as they look so cool yet are surprisingly very simple! They really are impressing and look like a lot of fun to make 🙂

I really love your channel even though you probably heard this a thousand times by other subscribers I really love the frozen and crayon cake you did and doing the free handed is amazing but I’m a high school student and would live to get some supplies for my future bakery. I would love to open my own cake business. If I would win this I would use the cake supplies to do my family wedding cake that is three tiered and it looks like someone splattered paint all over it! I love baking it my passion. I do plan on going to culinary school at out local college this upcoming fall. I work at a bakery now and I help with some cakes but not all of them. Hey! I love your YouTube videos! I will be 16 soon and I love to bake. Every since I was little I’ve watched baking shows and always wanted to be a baker. I love to make cake and even my friends and teachers at school notice because I’m always making cake for parties that we throw in class or when I’m just in the mood I’ll bring cake to school and share with them. I even use my friends birthdays as an excuse to make cake and/or cupcakes! One of my favorite videos is the candy land cake and if I won I would replicate it but on a 3 layer cake instead! well i would make a LOT of stuff because i have a big family and we love to bake and stuff. I would make a cake marble using all the colors and make some cupcakes to, then using your buttercream recipe and dye it using the colors as well then pipe some stuff like flowers and other stuff. I would make fondant decorations and experiment with other stuff.I have been watching you for a while and tried sooooo many things and love it. It would help me a lot to have all the stuff you have and i love you sooooooooo much bye bye.

HI Jen! I’m 13 years old and my birthday is coming up soon and i have always wanted this stuff! But most of all I love baking, if I had to choose one thing i would absolutely love to bake with these tools is a 3 tiered cake with all my favorite things on it. The biggest tier (bottom tier) being golf, i would ice it green and make nice grass on it (i have that tip). I would make little fondant golf balls and clubs. The second tier would be swimming, i would frost it a light blue with dark blue waves , with green and gold lane lines! Maybe i could even do small little fondant Diving blocks! The top floor would be my favorite thing of all BASKETBALL!!!!! Literally! I would frost the last tier orange and put black leather lines in the correct spots. Maybe make little (not beautiful looking) sneakers. And in the middle of the top tier, a little fondant (stick figure) ME! I hope you read this and maybe i will win. But who knows! Wow, so many people have commented… They have so many heartwarming stories. They deserve the prize not me. I live on continuing to make pies and cakes for my family… But give they deserve it more.
Oh… The first comment cut what I wrote. Well I just said that I love baking and would use all these things that are extremely helpful but too expensive and that if I won, I would use them to make all sort of creations for my family of 7 (I’m the youngest of 5) (22,21, and 18 year old brothers and a 29 blind sister) my siblings love the baking creations I make for them. (Usually gone in a day lol!) but yah. But now that I’m scrolling through the endless comment section I realize that as much as I want these things to improve my baking skills, there are other people in need of them for their daughter or family member. Please give it to the needy ones not me.
The thing I would make is a VERY rich chocolate cupcake. I will also have a delicious hidden treat inside, a moreish hazelnut chocolate truffle! ! Yummy! 😛

Hi Jen I’m from England and I’ve recently started baking my mom even go me the same stand mixer as you and in England you don’t get the best baking equipment in England like you have over there. It would be great to have the same equipments you have for baking. As soon as I madd my first Victoria sponge my whole family loved it so I start making more cakes. I’m also going to make an elsa birthday cake in December and it would lovely if I won so I could use these equipment for the elsa birthday cake. I hit the subscribe button just for you because when I watch your cakes I just wish I have the equipments to make but I don’t because in England you can’t get ghe equipment that you use when you make a cake or cupcakes.
