We recently passed 500 thousand subscribers on our YouTube channel, and I am completely humbled and honoured that we accomplished this! Paul and I work alone in our kitchen, only a team of two people. We come up with ideas, film, edit, and upload the videos all on our own. Without any help along the way, we have relied on our YouTube subscribers to carry us along and become successful online. It has been an amazing journey, and my sights are set on 500K more!!

HI Jen! I would make a three floored gigantic cake with your cake molds. each layer would be a diferent flavoured cake, maybe carrot, strawberry and orange, all of them made with actual fruit pulp, and for the decoration it would have a forrest theme with bunnies bears and trees made out of fondant! Of course that’s only on my imagination since I don´t have your skills I’m just a rookie! Anyhow, I really hope you pick me, I live in Ecuador in Southamerica so materials for bakery like that are not very easy to find and ,besides, they are pretty expensive sometimes.

I fell in love with baking so much that when I was 10 I started my own business selling cakes. I sold 3 and didn’t know a lot for tricks. So I when’re a year with out selling enything, so I look up something and found your blog.then your you tube. Also my friends mom showed me how to do so more advanced piping work. Then I started making my own fondint. I have sold 10 more cakes sense then and I am making a web site. But I don’t have a lot of pans and the ones I have are old. I whant to start making more advanced cakes. Because some day I whant to own my own bakery. If I were to win this contest I would back a red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting for my sisters 31st birthday that is coming up in October. I would make it a Halloween theme because that is her favorite holiday. I started baking when I was about 6 but back then I had an easy bake oven. I love baking with all my heart. I bake as much as I can. At the moment I am not aloud to bake anything because our kitchen is being worked on. But when it is dine I plan to bake almost every single day. I’ll try and bake as much as I can but I am. A freshman in high school so I may nothave lots of time. But if I were to win this lovely contest of yours then the first thing I would bake is a cake about me. Anyone who has ever meet me has said I am bright and cheerful, a little odd. I would make it three tears tall. And cover it in a bright white frosting. I believe the cli white is the beginning of a lifetime of color. The bottom year would have words in either finding or icing describing my personality. The second tear would be things I am into, ( hobbies, interests, etc.) the top tear would be the one word I use to describe myself. On top would be my name all nice and pretty. Well I live in the Caribbean where these things are unavailable in any store. I always wanted to be a baker pastry chef so if I win this I will make as much of Your recipe as i can and I would love to learn more but I do not have all the proper tools to be like you.
