We recently passed 500 thousand subscribers on our YouTube channel, and I am completely humbled and honoured that we accomplished this! Paul and I work alone in our kitchen, only a team of two people. We come up with ideas, film, edit, and upload the videos all on our own. Without any help along the way, we have relied on our YouTube subscribers to carry us along and become successful online. It has been an amazing journey, and my sights are set on 500K more!!
To thank our subscribers, I went shopping on a weekend trip to Spokane. I was in my happy place getting to buy all of these fun cake supplies! I chose some of my favourite baking tools that I use everyday while making cakes and cupcakes.

If I was to win this baking kit giveaway, the first thing I would make would most certainly be my sister’s 18th Birthday party cake! I have already chosen what to make for this special occasion! I am (hopefully, fingers cross) going to making a 2 tiered lime green fondant chocolate cake, which will be surrounded by purple buttercream cupcakes, including white handmade fondant flowers on both cake and cupcakes! Hi Jen! Love your videos, I am a keen baker but since having my son and moving in with my partner I have been forced to put it on the back burner as he has such a tiny kitchen! I subscribed to your channel because I think you are very creative and my guests are always amazed by my creations. I have made the zebra cake, the chessboard cake, the rose bouquet, just to name a few. If i win the kit, I would be able to make some of the recipes I wish I could do, but can’t do because I lack equipment. What I would do first is the Fault in our Stars cupcakes for my best friend’s birthday, since it’s her favorite book (she read it about a thousand times!!) and she loves the movie as well!!! Hi Jen! This is what I will do with the baking kit. My dad and my brother birthday are in October. And they are the same Chinese zodiac, the tiger. I’m going to make a white cake with 2 layers and raspberry filling. I will draw a tiger on the surface of the cake using fondant and butter cream mixed with food coloring. I also gonna makes cupcakes placed around the cake. Each cupcake top with 1 butter cream flower. I think I will make many different type of flowers, of course from your tutorials :3. It is pretty much things I can do with the baking kit.

Congratulations. I just recently subscribed to your channel about 2 months ago. I love all of the tips that you share. I am a newbie at baking, my favorite thing to bake is a classic 7-up pound cake because it is simple and qiuck and doesn’t require any difficult icing techniques. Hello, congrats on 500k!! I love all your videos. Me and my 3 yr old have been into cake decorating for about a year, we love to do it but it is very expensive. Anyway if I were to win I would make as many cupcakes I can make and decorate everyday and then take to the homeless shelter I volunteer at seven times a month. They get normal meals but no deserts and there are tons of family with kids so I would love for everyone to get a few cupcakes each. What is a meal without desert?
