We recently passed 500 thousand subscribers on our YouTube channel, and I am completely humbled and honoured that we accomplished this! Paul and I work alone in our kitchen, only a team of two people. We come up with ideas, film, edit, and upload the videos all on our own. Without any help along the way, we have relied on our YouTube subscribers to carry us along and become successful online. It has been an amazing journey, and my sights are set on 500K more!!

Rainbow cake is our favourite out of everything, I saw you tutorials on the rainbow cake and I really want to try em’ Its hard to find gel paste here in Singapore and I am not sure where to get them after going several shops! I love your channel and all your recipes! I have been battling with depression most of my life and having your channel and baking has been a positive outlet for me, I know have a strong following of people who love to eat my cakes and baked goods and I do a lot of baking to raise money for charities and also open days and fund raisers. Hey I’m a17 year old guy and I have been baking for about 10 years now and I still don’t have the basics, I have been using wine bottles as a rolling pin. Part of what I would use them for is to go to culinary school with them and use them there and I would use the kit to make a wedding cake for one of my best friends.

If I were to win this, I would make my grandpa birthday cake. His birthday is in October, two days before Halloween! We recently found out that he has cancer and will not make it to his next birthday.
