We recently passed 500 thousand subscribers on our YouTube channel, and I am completely humbled and honoured that we accomplished this! Paul and I work alone in our kitchen, only a team of two people. We come up with ideas, film, edit, and upload the videos all on our own. Without any help along the way, we have relied on our YouTube subscribers to carry us along and become successful online. It has been an amazing journey, and my sights are set on 500K more!!
To thank our subscribers, I went shopping on a weekend trip to Spokane. I was in my happy place getting to buy all of these fun cake supplies! I chose some of my favourite baking tools that I use everyday while making cakes and cupcakes.

With my sister I would make a cat head. Using one large pan to shape the head and a smaller one to shape the ears. Use the fondant to make it fur and the icing tips create the details like whiskers. So yeah, I’d love to win this. 😀

Good job on getting 500K Subscribers! You definitely deserve the recognition. Okay so I’m 14, that’s kind of youngish but baking is sort of like the only thing I’m actually good at; My Mom, Dad, and sister are all artists, my dad makes little figurines, my mom is a dog groomer, she used to be a hairstylist, she also used to make glass candle holders with dog faces on them, and my sister draws like crazy. We’re suppose to be an artistic family but I couldn’t really ever find something that I really enjoyed, I had tried singing, dancing, drawing, making sculptures out of wire, and then I tried baking. I had finally found something worth working for. If I were to win this the the first thing I’d want to do is make my mom an awesome birthday cake. I’d also like to make a recreation of the first cake I made which is a Nyan Cat cake. You’ve taught me so much and my support will be with you ’till the end. Thank you.

So first off I want to start by saying I’m a 15yr old boy and the reason I entered this competition is because here in Australia we have a few cake decorating shops but it’s very expensive and due to the fact that I’m only 15 my mum won’t let me buy anything to expensive, so for my birthday I’ve been asking for a gift voucher to my favourite cake decorating store. If I won this competition the first thing I would probably make is a 3 tier birthday cake for my brother, he’s turning 18 on the 14th of October so I would probably do a topsy turvy cake with funny decorations that resemble him and using your technique for the Canada day cake I would put an 18 inside the cake. I’m not going to say that I’m your biggest fan, because I seen some pretty hardcore cookies cupcakes and cardio fans but you are truly one of my top 3 bakers and one of the first channels I subscribed to on YouTube

I would absolutely love to win this set!! Since we in Germany do not have these fancy cake or candy shops and stores, that are in the United states or Canada I have to stick to my own baking skills which are – thanks to you and your videos – getting better and better as i go on baking. If I would win this beautiful set i would probably make tons of different cakes and cupcakes for my friends and family because I love baking and I think a homemade cake is the best (and sweetest) present you can get. And i would even try a wedding cake for my uncles upcoming wedding. I think it would be a lot easier to bake and decorate the cake with this professional tools than with an old pan, a knife and a spoon 😀 So I hope sincerely that I am going to win this cake and cupcake set! (And I do hope that – when I´m trying to make fondant again my kitchen stops turning into a sticky mess this time – but I think it will work better now! :D)

First congratulations to 500k subscribers! That’s amazing. If I won this AWESOME kit I would make a 3-layered cake to celebrate. The base woould be a chocolate cake, the middle one would be a red velvet cake and the top would be a vanilla one. I would frost it with a light pink colored cream cheese frosting (my favorite). And then with a white cream cheese frosting and a really small tip I would make some nice patterns like flowers on the cake. I would probably have to make all the birthday cakes of my family 😀 I’m so excited, I really want to win! 😀 <3

If I won this give away I would bake a cake that has all things important in my life on it and important things in my families life and I would take it to my annual Christmas dinner. Usually I bake cupcake for my family on Christmas but this year I would like for it to be different.
