We recently passed 500 thousand subscribers on our YouTube channel, and I am completely humbled and honoured that we accomplished this! Paul and I work alone in our kitchen, only a team of two people. We come up with ideas, film, edit, and upload the videos all on our own. Without any help along the way, we have relied on our YouTube subscribers to carry us along and become successful online. It has been an amazing journey, and my sights are set on 500K more!!

I would love to bake lots of different sweet items, but sadly most cooking item are a little expensive, and I don’t have the money… If I were to win this, I would make all types of cakes and cupcakes. I would share with my friends and family. I love to make rainbow cupcakes/cakes, the food coloring would be amazing. I would certainly love to make a cake for my fathers birthday and my bothers 12th birthday. I would love to make a 2 tier cake, for my brother. the cake would be minecraft.

As I am a slight beginner in cake decorating, I want ti have the right and proper materials to practice with. As for the cake that I would bake, I would make your inside out rainbow cake! I find it really interesting because it’s such a deceptive cake! You wouldn’t expect to find such bright coloured icing between the cake layers!
I would definitely make this for myself as a high school graduation cake! I finish school in two months and I think it would be the perfect cake to celebrate!

HI. CONGRATS for surpassing this goal. I really appreciate the opportunity to win all these items. I would bake several types of desserts. One pan (largest) would be used for a cookie pie. It will be like a pizza. I would use a Chocolate Chip Cookie as the crust, topped with melted chocolate. Next layers will be Mini Chocolate Chips, Marshmallows, Peanut Butter Chips, Diced Bananas, White Chocolate Chips & maybe some crushed nuts. I would then, drizzle some melted chocolate over it & then, drizzle melted white chocolate over it & finish it off with some multi-colored sprinkles. I’d pop it under the broiler just until the marshmallows show some color. Remove it & let it cool & slice it up like a pizza. Next smaller pan will use for an ice cream cake. I’d bake 2 x’s a thin chocolate cake & when it cools, wrap them & freeze them. Then, once the pan is clean again, I’d fill it full of all different flavors of ice cream, marble them together & freeze them. Once it’s frozen solid, I will assemble the ice cream cake & return it to the freezer. In the smallest pan, I would want to make a Giant Cinnamon Roll. I’d take a couple of cans of biscuits (room temp), roll them out, layer some brown sugar & cinnamon on top. Cut it into strips & start rolling them up to resemble a cinnamon roll, place it into the pan & bake it. Optional to glaze it while still hot. THANK YOU again for this FABULOUS opportunity!!!! Hello Jenn Congrats on the 500k subscribers on YouTube that a lot of people who love to see your beautiful creations just like me I enjoy watching you bake because the women in my family are bakers and I enjoy it as well. Although I do miss baking with my mom she passed away to young only a year and a half ago, now its up to me to keep tradition and teach my future kids to make delicious and fun creations. If I were to win the contest the first thing I would make is a 3 layer cake my first attempt at it anyway. I want to practice because when I get married I want to make my own cake so I can be completely happy with how it turns out. I wish I had the money to by everything you have up on that list but it is hard while going to college and working 2 jobs to cover bills. I never let it get me down because it is all worth it in the end. Hi, you were the first cake decorating youtuber I ever watched and have been watching regularly since! You’ve given me so much inspiration to make cakes and since my mum is a wonderful cook, I have always wanted to cook and decorate cakes with her. However, since the health issues with my mum and my dad, we have been unable to afford any supplies to start decorating or baking. I love baking but equipment is very expensive. I would probably first make something small – like cupcakes. I love making cupcakes for my class at college. All my family members birthdays are earlier in the year so the big cake I would be making would probably end up being for Christmas since none of our family like Christmas cake I would make a big sponge cake and decorate it using this new equipment. I love making cakes but I don’t have all the right equipment and I think this would be great and help me to make even better creations.

I’ve always been inspired by your videos to make something cool and creative but I’ve never had the tools to do so! I could definitely make a 3 layer chocolate cake using the gel pastes to colour the icing pink to wow all the people in my homeroom and hopefully gain the position of ‘Best Cake’! And I have always wanted and offset spatula and turntable to ice my cake since I always have so much trouble doing it with a dinner knife! So what would I do with these supplies. My best friend and I are “seperated” because she now has a job in a city 2,5 hours away. We baked regularly when she still lived here but now it’s way harder.
But we keep the tradition of giving us baked things with special supplies we used to make or decorate it. For example: my birthday was last Thursday and she made me delicious cupcakes and gave them to me on a special “tray” (like the ones where you have three layers do place the cupcakes – I don’t remember the exact name at the moment
Somehow a little bit of my comment got lost. So I would make my friend a cake (in thinking about a rainbow one) and would give it to her as a birthday present along with some supplies she’s still missing in her new home.

Congratulations on 500k! You are so deserving of it and I love your videos. I love your homemade nutella and homemade marshmallow fluff! Anyway, i think it would be a great kickstart to my baking career. I am 13 years old and live in Australia and have been a frequent baker for a long time and these implements would never sit in the cupboard getting all dusty. I would make a 3 tiered cake with autumn flavours. This cake is kind of inspired by the starbucks pumpkin spice flavour. The base cake would be a cinnamon pumpkin cake with a spiced buttercream (your recipe obviously) and cinnamon apple compote between the layers. I would decorate it with beautiful piping skills and fondant brown, red and orange leaves. Anyway, I understand that there can only be one winner, but these implements would not go to waste. I have made a lemon meringue cake, eclairs, tarts, quiches, donuts, cinnamon rolls, cake pops and cupcakes. Obviously I have quite the sweet tooth 🙂 Anyway, prize or no prize, I will still be an avid watcher of your yummy recipes. Plus, I LOVE canadians and canadian accents.

I love to bake and to watch your tutorials and if I won your baking contest what I would do with the kit would bake my fathers 39th birthday cake! I would also make a cake for my grandpas birthday which is on Halloween and he’s in the hospital right now but he’s doing fine now.:) Anyways my mother and I would love to recreate one of your unique cakes ! I showed my father your 4th if July cake and he loved it so inspired me to make it! I made it and with your delicious recipes it tasted fantastic!
