We recently passed 500 thousand subscribers on our YouTube channel, and I am completely humbled and honoured that we accomplished this! Paul and I work alone in our kitchen, only a team of two people. We come up with ideas, film, edit, and upload the videos all on our own. Without any help along the way, we have relied on our YouTube subscribers to carry us along and become successful online. It has been an amazing journey, and my sights are set on 500K more!!

I’d make a chocolate cake with whipped white chocolate ganache between layers because everybody loves chocolate 😉 I’ve never tried fondant, so I’d probably give it a clean finish by covering the cake with white fondant, brush on some edible glitter and end off with sugar decorations.

Idk if this is replying to somebody elses comment or actually commenting but jenn , ive been watching your channel for almost a year now and i fell in love after the first video . All my life ive wanted to be a chefand then i saw your videos . Sometimes i question ipf id like to only be a baker or if i should be a chef and a baker . Ive chose both . Im so in love with your videos and every contest you have i will sign up and enter in . I loooooooooove your channel . I am only a preteen and i am almost as good of a baker as you . Also i would like to add , why dont you have your own cake store or bakery ? Your cakes are soooooo perfect . If you dont already i think you should cater your cakes or whatver . I started baking at a young age, rainy days with my Grandma were usually spent in the kitchen where she would teach me how to make basic things like cookies. If I was really lucky she would teach me how to make one of my Great Grandmothers old recipes for an old fashion dessert or even one of her own favorite homemade treats. Years have flown and now I’m older and my Grandma is too, she’s now retired and doing her all to enjoy the few years she knows she has left. Growing up, and baking with my Grandma she always said one thing in particular that I will never forget. She said ‘It’s not the finished product that matters, it’s the memory you created making it with’. & She always taught me that ‘Don’t embrace everything to yourself, there’s always someone out there who could use a smile too’. If I won this kit, I wouldn’t keep it to myself, I would use it to make things for other people before myself. I would visit the retirement home she is in now, and I would prove to her that her lessons taught me well, and that I will continue creating memories and sharing smiles even when God takes her away from me.
