We recently passed 500 thousand subscribers on our YouTube channel, and I am completely humbled and honoured that we accomplished this! Paul and I work alone in our kitchen, only a team of two people. We come up with ideas, film, edit, and upload the videos all on our own. Without any help along the way, we have relied on our YouTube subscribers to carry us along and become successful online. It has been an amazing journey, and my sights are set on 500K more!!

I’ve never been able to make many cake and I didn’t have to supplies needed to do this so winning these supplies would allow me to do something that I really have a passion for but have never had the opportunity to do it. With the supplies I could make different types of cakes that I find on the cookies, cupcakes, and cardio YouTube channel. Since I started watching their videos I’ve been inspired to follow my passion and I’m thinking of going to culinary school after high school. A lot people in my family think that I should go the conventional route and go to medical school, but watching the videos reaffirms my love for food and baking.

Idk if this is replying to somebody elses comment or actually commenting but jenn , ive been watching your channel for almost a year now and i fell in love after the first video . All my life ive wanted to be a chefand then i saw your videos . Sometimes i question ipf id like to only be a baker or if i should be a chef and a baker . Ive chose both . Im so in love with your videos and every contest you have i will sign up and enter in . I loooooooooove your channel . I am only a preteen and i am almost as good of a baker as you . Also i would like to add , why dont you have your own cake store or bakery ? Your cakes are soooooo perfect . If you dont already i think you should cater your cakes or whatver . If I were to win I would make a rainbow 7-layer cake for my friend’s birthday party. I recently moved to Iowa with my now ex-boyfriend for his job back in May. Beth is an amazing woman, I met her at a grocery store during my first few days here and we instantly became best friends. In June, I had just started a job and after coming home from work one night my boyfriend confessed to moving out here to be with a girl he had met on the internet and asked me to leave. I had only been friends with Beth for a few weeks and yet she still took me into her home, I had very little money because I had used my savings to pay for us to move out here, I had no where else to go. Beth took me in, never asked me for money, and now that I have saved up enough money to get my own apartment I would love to pay her back.
Beth really loves rainbows, and cake decorating has always been a hobby of mine (though I’m no where near as amazing as you, not even close). I really want to pay her back for everything she has done for me. And that’s why I want to win, for Beth =)

Congrats on 500K subscribers-you deserve it 🙂 I would use the kit to make more elaborate cakes for my parents’ birthdays, anniversaries, etc., because in the past, all I’ve had access to are ziplock bags to frost cakes/cupcakes and it doesn’t always turn out that great. I’ve always been a very artistic and creative person when it comes to drawing, painting and sculpting but because I don’t have access to cake decorating items, its hard to transfer that creativity to when I bake and I would love to change that. 🙂 (sorry for commenting again, I used an email I don’t use on YouTube)
