    Hi Jenn!
As scads of viewers do, I always look forward to each new video you post. It’s amazing what you can do with food!

I am an avid fan of Lucille Ball, so I was wondering (and hoping) if you’d consider making a Lucy-themed cake. Sort of as a ‘tribute’ to her tremendous talent and to the laughter she brought to thousands of people.

    I’d greatly appreciate it!

Just discovered your video on how to create a Frozen Buttercream Transfer of Pikachu. It’s great and just the inspiration I need for my son’s birthday cake. How much butter cream do I need to make for a Pikachu the same size as the one in the video? Many thanks, Justine

    Hi,
I love, love, love everything you do. I have tried several and my family just loves them. Raves to you and I hope you keep it up. I am hoping you have the written recipe for Huckleberry/Blueberry Cheesecake. I’m having trouble streaming video so I can’t watch and write it down. I make and give cheese cakes for Christmas and thought this one would be a hit this Christmas since we have lots of huckleberries in Wyoming. Thanks and keep on making fun goodies.

Sorry to hear you’re having troubles…I find that this pan needed a lot of non stick spray. Not sure why, but it worked fine for me after that. You can also dust it with flour after you spray for extra release.

Hi Jenn – I am preparing to make the leopard print cake and I want to make sure I am following the directions and understand them. Your cake recipe says it makes 4 cups. and the cake itself takes 6 cups. I am going to do 8 inch round cake pans. Would I need to triple said recipe to make 2 cakes? Thank you in advance!

6 cups of cake batter is going to give you 3 8″ cake layers. If you are looking for 2 cakes, you will need 12 cups of batter…so you would need to triple my vanilla cake recipe.

You’ll have to google it to see if it’s a substitute. Off the top of my head I think it is, but I’ve never used it before.

I don’t bake yet, but I want to learn, and I have seen almost all of your videos. My favourite one is the Minecraft cake even though I would really like an Ariel cake for my birthday. I have told all my teachers at preschool about you, and have made them watch the videos. They like the Nutella ones. Please make more new videos. Thank-You, your biggest fan Leah.

I LOVE watching your videos! I am in a sugar cookie frenzy right now and made almost 300 of them. I used your sugar cookie recipe and they look (and taste) delicious! They rolled out wonderfully and they kept their shape completely in the oven. I also followed your “Golden edges” comment for when they are done. Now I just have to decorate with royal icing. How do you store your cookies while the icing is drying but the cookies don’t get hard? I am still trying to figure that out.

Yes you can freeze it. It depends on how warm the room is, but it usually takes 2-3 hours for a full defrost.

    Hi Jen!

First of all: Thank you for inspiring us with your videos!
I still want to make so many of your recipes πŸ™‚
I have entered the contest, but when I just checked that blog post, I saw that quite a few people ‘copy’ their comment and put it in the commentsection again (so they have 3 or 4 times the same comment) (I hope you know what I mean, because I’m not a native English speaker :s)
Are you also going to count the ‘copied’ comments with the random chosing?
I know there are also people who want to win real bad, but I don’t think copying comments is a fair thing to do because other people have less chance to win because they only put one comment.

I hope you understand what I mean, but I just wanted to bring this to you so all people will have the same chance to win…

Lots of love from Holland πŸ™‚

I am looking into getting a kitchenaid stand mixer. Saw the video on you tube but I’m still so lost. Too many options:) I will primarily be doing cakes and icing especially fondant (hopefully some light pastries and pizza dough every once in a while.) I also will be using it a couple times a week. So many people say they have burnt their KA up making fondant or dough. Which mixer will work best for my needs? Or do I really just need to do fondant and doughs by hand? Thank you so much in advance!

If you’re going to be using it for fondant and dough, I would buy the Pro Series. It’s a little bit tougher than the other ones. When I’m making fondant or doing double batches of cakes, I reach for the Pro. I hope that helps!

I am just putting in a little request… Can you please do some tutorials on cake pops!!! I am starting to try a few things with them but having a little trouble with my chocolate consistency and wondering if you might have a few tricks up your sleeve. I have looked for a video on this from you on YouTube and wasn’t successful so I thought I would ask. Thanks!

Hey Jen, summer here. I’m from london and I watch your videos all the time! Me and my sister in law are in our early 20s and are obsessed with baking ^_^ we get so much inspiration from you and I was wondering if you would like to see some of our cakes that we made based off of things you taught us πŸ™‚ Also my partners Grandmothers birthday is coming up and I wanted to make her a cake shaped like a present. :/ any tips on how to get the perfect square edges? Thanks for reading this (if you did) and can’t wait for a reply. Summer

Yes, I love to see them! You can send them to me on our Facebook page, or you can email them to me. I’ve got a present cake video up already (it uses Christmas colours, but you could do it any colour). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fkt2uLReMaI Thanks for watching!

Hi! I’m a big fan of your youtube videos, and have tseen a lot of them. I have a question about your silicone spatulas (I know, weird right?) Where did you get them, and how much were they? Also, are the still on sale? I can only find the ones I like at christmas time… Thanks!

Hi there…I actually get questions about my spatula’s all the time! I pick them up whenever I see a cool one…wherever I am. I don’t have a specific place that I find them….but Target is always good for new ones! Good luck!

Hi, I just recently started watching your tutorials as I needed to
make sugar cookies for my sons 1st birthday. I watched your
royal icing tutorial & loved the blue containers you used & wanted
to know where you bought them. Thanks!
