We recently passed 500 thousand subscribers on our YouTube channel, and I am completely humbled and honoured that we accomplished this! Paul and I work alone in our kitchen, only a team of two people. We come up with ideas, film, edit, and upload the videos all on our own. Without any help along the way, we have relied on our YouTube subscribers to carry us along and become successful online. It has been an amazing journey, and my sights are set on 500K more!!
To thank our subscribers, I went shopping on a weekend trip to Spokane. I was in my happy place getting to buy all of these fun cake supplies! I chose some of my favourite baking tools that I use everyday while making cakes and cupcakes.

CONGRATS ON 500k SUBSCRIBERS!! If i did win the contest, the cake that i would make would be a three layer cake that is red velvet. I would also make some of the cream cheese frosting you made(i think you made) and pair it with that. I then would make some fondant flowers (attempt to) and put them on the cake. I am a beginner in baking and i would love to make alot more cakes in the future for different occasions. This is a very cool oppurtunity and i hope i get to win.

If I were to win I would make a tie die cake. I would use the fondant roller to roll out the fondant for the top whilst using the gel food colouring to add the tie die effect. I would use the piping bag tip to decorate the boarder of the cake in a variety of colours whilst using the turntable to get an even finish. I would love to win this contest because it would start my baking career and further help me experiement and get used to decorating cakes. I would love to be a continental cake decorator so this would give me experience with using these products ! Hi Jenn first of all I just got into baking myself! I had to have an emergency surgery and was out of work for two weeks so I literally watched all of your videos in that time period lol! I really enjoy them needless to say. Being that I am a very new baker this kit would be just lovely to have! I was thinking of maybe making like a cupcake tower only the tower would be made of cake as well! I would probably use the three different cake pans and tower them using maybe a pipe of some sort and then layer them with some mini cupcakes! It would be great practice for piping, petaling and just so many more fun things! I love baking and cooking and I noticed theres a cake spatula and decorating kit that has an offset spatula.
