    Hello Jen,

I’m planning a volcano themed party and want to include a chocolate lava cake for dessert. I’m hoping you’ll perhaps add that instructional recipe to your site. It would also be fun to see how you would add your unique creative decor to it.

    Hi !

I read on Facebook that you’re looking for traditional christmas cookie ideas.
I’ve got an easy recipe for some traditional german christmas cookies called “Angel’s Eyes’s”

This will make about 32 small cookies.

    2 eggs
    170g butter
    100g sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    170g all purpose flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder

around 100g red jam for the filling (strawberry tastes good)

Cream together sugar and butter, add eggs, vanilla, add flour and baking powder, place the dough in the fridge for about 1 hour. After that, roll small balls by using your hands (the ball’s diameter should be around 3cm), next press a hole into the ball about 1,5 cm deep, fill up this hole with the jam, bake the cookies at 350F for about 10-15 minutes.

There you can see a picture how the finished cookies should look like πŸ™‚ http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-WULFTSFoHpQ/UJZ57y4-EHI/AAAAAAAACII/d3UaMqvp2PE/s1600/Husarenkrapferl.JPG

For your “Anything with a Vanilla Bean” item, how about Vanilla Bean Ice Cream? I know you recently got an ice cream attachment for your stand mixer (or at least I recently – last weekend – saw that video on YouTube) and I think Vanilla Bean Ice Cream is absolutely delicious! Pretty easy, too. Though I have to say my favourite thing(s) to make with my ice cream maker is either frozen yogurt or either OJ or lemonade slushes.

    Hi
I was wondering if you could make a tutorial about baking for
    beginners.
Kind of like an introduction to baking cupcakes, cakes, and more.
I would like if you could introtute the following list.
    1) what is a teaspoon and a table spoon, different kinds, and what its used for.
    2) what different tools to use when baking and how you use it and where you got it from.
    3) different food colouring, what is it, how to use it.
    4) different kinds of ingredients to use in baking, what it is when do use it.
    5) different kinds of sugars, eggs, flour and more.
I would love that kind of introduction because I am new to this.
If you already made one or have one, please leave the link or write it.
Thank you so much and I really love your baking but just a little help would do
    a lot to me.
