We recently passed 500 thousand subscribers on our YouTube channel, and I am completely humbled and honoured that we accomplished this! Paul and I work alone in our kitchen, only a team of two people. We come up with ideas, film, edit, and upload the videos all on our own. Without any help along the way, we have relied on our YouTube subscribers to carry us along and become successful online. It has been an amazing journey, and my sights are set on 500K more!!
To thank our subscribers, I went shopping on a weekend trip to Spokane. I was in my happy place getting to buy all of these fun cake supplies! I chose some of my favourite baking tools that I use everyday while making cakes and cupcakes.

If I had all tho sets backing stuff . I would make a thank you cake for my parents because we resently opened a store and my dad wakes up every morning to go there. And my mom has two jobs she wakes up 5 am and goes to her first work and after she goes to the store to work. They have always told me that they are doing it for us meaning me, my sister and brother. And I want to make them a cake to show how much thankful I am for them.
A frozen elsa and anna cake! And alot of cupcakes and cookies ofcourse haha ^^
I would use the equipment to make a cake with fondant icing over the top. That sounds a bit simple but I have never got around to making one of these. I would put some sort of buttercream decoration around the edge. Seeing that their are three different cake tins that are different sizes I may also try and make a two/three tier cake. There are of course many other things I could do with this equipment and it would definitely give me a chance to experiment in the kitchen if I won. My mom got me into baking and I told her that I wanted to open a bakery when I get older. And she laughed at me. I told her that one day, I will do it.
