    Hi Jenn,

When my children were little I loved baking with them and making special cakes for their birthdays. As my children became teenagers we never seemed to have the time we did when they were little. My daughter became a mom of a beautiful little girl two years ago and she brought tears to my eyes when she told me she wanted to carry on the tradition I did with her. They recently made me a “gramma cake” for my birthday. My daughter bakes and decorates cupcakes with her once a week (even though she works 35-40 hrs a week and is 7 months pregnant) My grandaughter even though she is only 2 loves it and knows what different decorating tips do. lol. We are planning a girls day soon where gramma can join in the fun and I am planning on letting her pick out one of your videos for us to make. Thank you for making a video that is easy to follow, caring enough to ensure we comprehend what you are explaining and for sharing your amazing talent.

Hi! I have seen the mini mixer in stores. The red is so beautiful! I love the fact it is smaller. I just started doing a lot of gluten free cooking and my youngest daughter is all about cooking! I love to see such love and passion about cooking making such a comeback. Thank you for sharing your passion. I am looking forward to seeing more videos. Do you have any tips for someone starting to bake gluten free? I want to try baking cakes but nervous I am not going to be able to replicate to right texture.

    Kind Regards,
    Laura C. In NC

I did a bit of GF baking when I had a cake business, but now I don’t. The flour is the key! Find a good premade mix that you like and you can usually substitute it 1:1

I love watching your videos I hope you pick me to win the mixer. I’ve always wanted kitchen aide mixer or any mixer but I could never afford one I mix everything by hand using a fork.the first thing I would make would be chocolate chip cookies always wanted to do that from scratch

I am so very glad I came across your videos and website. As a Canadian, it is refreshing to find someone in this arena of professional bakers that is also Canadian. You do such a great job with your videos and explanations that even a novice cake baker and decorator, such as I, can easily follow and find ingredients. I am hoping to purchase your cookbook to augment my resources from you. Thanks for all you do.

I have baked with it before, but I don’t do it regularly. I use splenda all the time in my coffee, so I’ve never had a problem using it other places as well, though I know some people don’t like it.

Of all the online videos and photos I look at for inspiration, yours are my favorite! I am an artist/baker and have been on somewhat of a hiatus – I didn’t turn my oven on for a year after quitting my job of 9 years and going through a divorce. Seeing your honey bee cake got me inspired to get back into creative baking!!! I plan to do a similar versiobfor a “gender reveal” cake saying “What can it be?” I for a friend wnot s

By the way, I love your channel! I make lots of your things. It’s amazing and your so talented! Shame your not in the UK because most of the things in your cakes are not in the UK. Like the colourings you use, I can’t find any colours that look as good as yours! I tried the water ones as well but they don’t work.

Your my inspiration, you make me want to become a baker! Your amazing! I have been subscribed from the biginning and have not regretted it ever since! Watched every video and loved them all! Please never stop making them

When making the Tiger Cake, do you swirl the mounds of cake batter together before baking? I love the Tiger Cake demonstration – hope to make one for my son and daughter-in-law who are Auburn graduates.

No, I don’t swirl them at all…just pour the batter directly on top of each other. I’m sure they would love the Tiger theme!
