Savoury Snacks"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>What is it about the act of eating that keeps me mesmerized? \u00a0Sometimes, I think I&#8217;m simply eating to <strong>work out my elbow and forearm<\/strong>. \u00a0Hand to mouth. \u00a0Hand to mouth.<\/p>\n<p>Foods that can satisfy <strong>hand to mouth<\/strong> obsession are: grapes (red, green or black), popcorn, M&amp;M&#8217;s, popcorn, Reece&#8217;s Pieces, popcorn. <em> Is there really only one thing healthy in that list?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve been thinking of <strong>healthier<\/strong> ways to work out my forearm with these savoury snacks. \u00a0They are simple, quick and satisfying.<\/p>\n<p>When I say quick, I mean as quick as your oven can cook . . . if your oven is functioning properly . . . mine wasn&#8217;t getting up to temperature so something that should have taken about 20 minutes, took WAY LONGER.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #d87093;\">Garlic Roasted Garbanzo Beans<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookiescupcakesandcardio.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/DSC01359.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" can garbanzo beans<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp garlic powder<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp dill<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp chili powder<\/p>\n<p>cayenne pepper (as desired)<\/p>\n<p>salt (as desired)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Here is the style=\"text-align: left;\">2 tbsp Olive Oil<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">1 tsp Garlic<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Salt (as desired)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Mix olive oil, garlic in a small bowl. \u00a0With a barbecue brush, coat whole tortilla with oil mixture. \u00a0Tear into chip sized pieces. \u00a0Put onto lined baking tray, and sprinkle with salt. \u00a0Bake
