In my previous <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/PRKRu6k3ao0\" target=\"_blank\">video <\/a>and<a href=\"http:\/\/cookiescupcakesandcardio.co\/?p=7883\" target=\"_blank\"> post<\/a>, I called the 500 mL bottles that I made into gummies &#8220;giant&#8221;, but nope, that was a total lie! It wasn&#8217;t at the time, but it is now that I&#8217;ve made a 2 liter gummy!\u00a0<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/WCNijE18X3k\" frameborder=\"0\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">I can&#8217;t begin to tell you how satisfying slicing into these gummy bottles are. I love it, and if Paul would let me, I&#8217;d cut the bottle into a million little pieces on camera if I could. It&#8217;s mesmerizing. Must be something to do with the optical illusion of it all.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0Figuring out how much gelatine to use is the hardest part of these types of recipes. You don&#8217;t want to add too much, but you want it to be hard enough to stay together when you&#8217;re removing the plastic bottle. You can get away with using less that I did, but make sure you have coated the inside of the bottle really well with non-stick spray. The dark sodas are really tricky to get out of the plastic.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">For this video, I didn&#8217;t slice the plastic open ahead of time. It is WAY easier like this. You don&#8217;t have to worry about the bottle leaking all over your fridge. You will have to make sure that your knife is super sharp though. If you&#8217;re feeling resistance from the bottle, it might not be sharp enough. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>Giant 2 Liter Dr Pepper Gummy Bottle\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cookiescupcakesandcardio.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/DSC_2560site.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7949\" title=\"Giant Dr Pepper Gummy Bottle\" src=\"http:\/\/cookiescupcakesandcardio.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/DSC_2560site.jpg\" alt=\"Giant Dr Pepper Gummy Bottle \" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cookiescupcakesandcardio.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/DSC_2560site.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/cookiescupcakesandcardio.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/DSC_2560site-300x168.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Ingredients<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2L Dr Pepper\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>28 envelopes (196 grams) gelatine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Procedure<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Combine soda and gelatin together and heat in the microwave for 2-3 minutes or until gelatine has dissolved.<\/li>\n<li>Remove label from bottle using a sharp knife and heat.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Spray inside the bottle with nonstick spray.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Pour liquid back into bottle.
