Cardio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>No, the words, C<em>hristmas<\/em> and <em>cardio<\/em>, do <strong>NOT<\/strong> go together . . . but neither do <strong>Cookies, Cupcakes and Cardio<\/strong>!!! \u00a0I&#8217;m going with it anyway . . . the point is to <strong>make<\/strong> them go together.<\/p>\n<p>The gym is closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day! \u00a0Panic! \u00a0Seriously, I was worried that I would digress back into my lazy days of the not very distant past . . . ummm, 2 weeks ago.<\/p>\n<p>It was my mission to get up and out for some <strong>calorie burning<\/strong> over these two days . . . and that I did!<\/p>\n<p>My cousins were in town to celebrate the holidays with us this year, so Paul and I decided to take them out on some winter Kootenay adventures!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #d87093;\">Christmas Day<\/span><\/p>\n<p>First up . . . hike up to Big Tree in the Cranbrook Community Forest.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a
