{"id":6473,"date":"2015-04-12T16:33:44","date_gmt":"2015-04-12T16:33:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cookiescupcakesandcardio.com\/?p=6473"},"modified":"2015-04-13T05:19:44","modified_gmt":"2015-04-13T05:19:44","slug":"five-nights-at-freddys-pizza-cake-freddy-fazbear-pizza","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cookiescupcakesandcardio.co\/?p=6473","title":{"rendered":"Five Nights at Freddy&#8217;s Pizza Cake (Freddy Fazbear Pizza)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0If you&#8217;ve played the game Five Nights at Freddy&#8217;s, you&#8217;ll know that it takes place in a pizza parlor after hours. \u00a0It&#8217;s dark in there, and it&#8217;s scary! \u00a0It&#8217;s so scary that the first time I played it on my iPad, the iPad ended up being thrown across the room- from fright! \u00a0I don&#8217;t recommend being as much of a chicken as I am when playing horror video games. \u00a0&#8220;<em>If you&#8217;re a chicken, why are you playing horror video games Jenn?&#8221;<\/em> \u00a0For research people, for research!!\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/n9UGT7Zgy70\" frameborder=\"0\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>When I first started my &#8220;research&#8221; for this cake, I watched a couple of YouTube videos of people playing the game, and thought it was rather silly. \u00a0They were sitting in a dark room, playing a dark game, and getting the bejeezus scared out of them. \u00a0WHY would you do that. \u00a0I judged them, I really did. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Then I played the game myself- with the lights on.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>First attempt . . . <em>boring<\/em>! I just kept the doors shut on either side of me in the room, and didn&#8217;t last a night. \u00a0The whole point is to last five nights as the security guard at Freddy Fazbear&#8217;s Pizza. \u00a0I had to google how to play the game, and then I was off. \u00a0When I reached the second night, I was in my groove, checking the rooms (where the\u00a0animatronic\u00a0animals are), starting to feel a bit cocky, and then WHAM! \u00a0Scary animal face in my screen and the next thing I know, I&#8217;m screaming like a little girl, and the iPad was flying across the room. \u00a0Thank goodness for Otter Boxes.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m sure you were at the edge of your seat with my recollection of the first jump-scare that got me. \u00a0Since I&#8217;m nice, and didn&#8217;t want iPads everywhere to go flying around living rooms, I decided to make the best part of the game (and least scary)\u00a0into a cake.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy your pizza cake!\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/cookiescupcakesandcardio.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/freddies.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Download the box logo here<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/cookiescupcakesandcardio.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/DSC_3061site.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-6475\" title=\"Five Nights at Freddy's Pizza Cake\" src=\"http:\/\/cookiescupcakesandcardio.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/DSC_3061site.jpg\" alt=\"Five Nights at Freddy's Pizza Cake\" width=\"601\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cookiescupcakesandcardio.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/DSC_3061site.jpg 800w, https:\/\/cookiescupcakesandcardio.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/DSC_3061site-300x199.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 601px) 100vw, 601px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>Five Nights at Freddy&#8217;s Pizza Cake\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ingredients\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cups vanilla cake batter (per pizza)<\/li>\n<li>Strawberry jam<\/li>\n<li>White chocolate chunk<\/li>\n<li>Black licorice nibs<\/li>\n<li>Sour apple slices\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Strawberry fruit leather<\/li>\n<li>Chocolate covered caramels<\/li>\n<li>White Sour belts\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Purple Mike &#8216;n Ike&#8217;s\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>white pizza boxes<\/li>\n<li>Freddy Fazbear&#8217;s Pizza logo\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>large sticker paper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/cookiescupcakesandcardio.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/DSC_3169site.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-6478\" title=\"Pizza Cake\" src=\"http:\/\/cookiescupcakesandcardio.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/DSC_3169site.jpg\" alt=\"Pizza Cake\" width=\"601\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cookiescupcakesandcardio.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/DSC_3169site.jpg 800w, https:\/\/cookiescupcakesandcardio.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/DSC_3169site-300x199.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 601px) 100vw, 601px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<div>Procedure:<\/div>\n<div>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350F.\u00a0 In a 10&#8243; round baking pan, bake cake for 20-25 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.\u00a0 Remove, and immediately place an 8&#8243; cake pan on top of the hot cake.\u00a0 Fill the 8&#8243; pan with heavy objects (there should be enough weight to press the pan into the cake below).\u00a0 Allow to cool for 20-30 minutes like this, and then remove as normal from the 10&#8243; cake pan.
