I went running TWO freaking days in a row. \u00a0I&#8217;m very proud. \u00a0To be honest, it seemed much easier today&#8230;not like 20lbs easier but, I had more energy. \u00a0Perhaps I just accepting that this is the way I have to get myself back into better shape. \u00a0Whatever the reason, today felt great. \u00a0Here&#8217;s what I did:<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #d87093;\">Treadmill<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #d87093;\"> [speed changes\/intervals&#8230;incline is flat (0.0)]<\/span><\/p>\n<p>0-3 mins <strong>Walking<\/strong> from 4.0 (speed)<\/p>\n<p>4 min &#8211; <strong>Running<\/strong> at 5.0<\/p>\n<p>5 min &#8211; 5.3<\/p>\n<p>6 min &#8211; 5.6<\/p>\n<p>7 min &#8211; 6.0<\/p>\n<p>8 min &#8211; 6.3<\/p>\n<p>9 min &#8211; 5.0<\/p>\n<p>10- 14 min &#8211; repeat minutes 5- 9<\/p>\n<p>15 min &#8211; <strong>Walking<\/strong> 4.0<\/p>\n<p>16 min &#8211; <strong>Running<\/strong> 5.3<\/p>\n<p>17 min &#8211; 5.6<\/p>\n<p>18 min &#8211; 6.0<\/p>\n<p>19 min &#8211; 6.3<\/p>\n<p>20 min &#8211; 5.0<\/p>\n<p>21 min &#8211; 5.5<\/p>\n<p>22 min &#8211; 6.0<\/p>\n<p>23 min &#8211; 6.5<\/p>\n<p>24 min &#8211; 7.0<\/p>\n<p>25 min &#8211; 5.0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cooldown<\/strong>&#8230;.Thank goodness that&#8217;s over! \u00a0The final <strong>interval<\/strong> is harder than the first 3 intervals, but the harder you work at the end, the <strong>optimal your calorie burn<\/strong> will be. \u00a0Have fun with this one&#8230;.I did.
