What kind of dog is Ruby?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

She is a Pug\/Brussel Griffon cross and has the sweetest temperament. \u00a0Look for her in our Backpacking videos.\u00a0<\/p>\n

What do you do with everything that you make?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

We give it away to friends, family and coworkers.<\/p>\n

What camera do you film with?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

We actually shoot with two cameras. \u00a0A Nikon D750, in our newer videos, and a Nikon D7000 in the older ones, as well as a secondary shot Cannon XA20.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s been your biggest accomplishment in life thus far<\/em><\/strong>?<\/em><\/p>\n

That is a hard question to answer (ask yourself what you would say?), but I would have to say that I am very proud of myself for getting a teaching job at a great school, moving to London (when I was too young to know better) and living there for a year. \u00a0It was the highlight of my life so far-an amazing experience all around Europe \u00a0and the Middle East.<\/p>\n

What kind of mixer do you have?<\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

A KitchenAid Stand Mixer Classic, in black, the KA Artisan in Cinnamon and the KA Pro Series 5 in silver.\u00a0<\/p>\n

What\u2019s your favorite comfort food?<\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Anything loaded with carbs. \u00a0I’m such a carb girl, it’s gross. \u00a0Pasta, bread, buns, naan. \u00a0I could eat bowl after bowl of pasta (especially fresh) until I would be so fat, I wouldn’t be able to move. \u00a0I don’t really like vegetables, though I do get the odd craving for salads once and a while (it has to be full of cheese, protein and nuts though).<\/p>\n

If you weren\u2019t a teacher, what would you be doing?<\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

A full time YouTuber!\u00a0<\/p>\n

How did you decide what grade to teach? Did you ever consider grades other than Kindergarten?<\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

When I started out teaching, I would have taken ANY grade that I was offered, but when I finally settled into my continuing contract, it was in Kindergarten, and I love it there. \u00a0I have taught a grade one, a one\/two, a two\/three and subbed at many other levels, but Kindergarten is where the fun is at!<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

What is your favourite cake?<\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Do I have to only pick one? \u00a0My favourite is Angel Food. \u00a0I LOVE the crusty edges the most. \u00a0Other than Angel Food, I don’t really like cake. \u00a0GASP! \u00a0I like the icing. \u00a0The icing is where it’s at . . . especially peanut butter icing. \u00a0<\/p>\n

What\u2019s your favourite movie?<\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

When I was a kid, my favourite movie was Girls Just Wanna Have Fun<\/em>, as a teenager it was Clueless<\/em>, in my 20’s it was Fight Club<\/em>, now, I would have to say it is Julie and Julia<\/em>! \u00a0<\/p>\n

What\u2019s your favorite thing to do to \u201cwind down\u201d before bed?<\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

I like to catch up on my blog reading, pin like a mad woman or read a good book.<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
