Laying the foundations, and the ground work is critical! \u00a0No, I&#8217;m not building something that needs to be structurally sound- I&#8217;m trying to make &#8220;fluff&#8221; sound like a big, important deal. \u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Did it work?<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>So yes, back to the fluff. \u00a0It&#8217;s sticky. \u00a0It&#8217;s gooey. \u00a0It can be a pain to work with, but it is oh, so, good. \u00a0Apparently people make sandwiches with it, and despite my never squelched sweet tooth, I think that might be disgusting. \u00a0If you&#8217;ve tried it, let me know what it&#8217;s like . . . I can&#8217;t bring myself to do it. \u00a0I would have to buy bread. \u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/eg6rVip5cWY\" frameborder=\"0\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><!--more--><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>Homemade Marshmallow Fluff<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">3 egg whites at room temperature<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">2 cups light corn syrup<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">1\/2 teaspoon salt<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">2 cups icing sugar<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">1 tablespoon vanilla extract<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/cookiescupcakesandcardio.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/DSC_2594blog.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-5053\" title=\"Marshmallow  fluff\" src=\"http:\/\/cookiescupcakesandcardio.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/DSC_2594blog.jpg\" alt=\"Marshmallow  fluff\" width=\"601\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"http:\/\/cookiescupcakesandcardio.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/DSC_2594blog.jpg 800w, http:\/\/cookiescupcakesandcardio.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/DSC_2594blog-300x199.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 601px) 100vw, 601px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<strong style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Procedure<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">:<\/span><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, whip the egg whites, corn syrup, and salt on high speed for about 5 minutes, or until the mixture is thick and volume has almost doubled.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Reduce your mixer to low speed, add icing sugar and mix until well blended.
