\"JJ's<\/a>Easter is coming up quickly around the corner . . . why is it so early this year? \u00a0Or is that just me thinking that it’s early? \u00a0Regardless of when I “think” it’s supposed to happen, the Easter bunny has puked into the aisles of the local stores, and the Cadbury Cream Eggs are flying off the shelves!<\/p>\n

I actually happen to love Easter . . . well, duh, who wouldn’t love a holiday where CHOCOLATE comes to town? \u00a0Four days off, endless supplies of chocolate and a delicious ham dinner cooked by my Mom . . . BEST holiday ever! \u00a0<\/p>\n

To add to the Easter excitement in Cranbrook (and everywhere!), we have created a video that is a How-To video based on a cupcake design that we released last year for our 2011 Easter celebrations. \u00a0If you are a beginning decorator, you will find this video completely within your comfort range! \u00a0<\/p>\n

Easter Nest Cupcakes<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>\u00a0<\/p>\n

You will need:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Cupcakes (any flavour of your choice)<\/p>\n

Green Icing\/Frosting (I used vanilla buttercream)<\/p>\n

Wilton #233 Grass Tip (or the equivalent of another brand)\u00a0<\/p>\n

Mini Eggs…or jelly beans\u00a0<\/p>\n

Procedure:<\/p>\n

Using a piping bag fitted with the grass tip, pipe the entire top of the cupcake until it is covered with “grass”. \u00a0Once you have completed that, add the mini eggs, and you’re through! \u00a0Super quick! \u00a0<\/p>\n
